1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the 4C Recruiting platform at 4crecruiting.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 4C Recruiting ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

4C Recruiting provides an AI-powered recruiting coaching platform that helps users manage recruits, develop outreach strategies, and follow structured recruiting workflows. The Service includes an AI chat agent, recruit management tools, vision decks, and related features.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page. Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or distribute harmful content
Share your account credentials with third parties or create multiple accounts
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service provides AI-generated coaching advice and recommendations. This content is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. The AI coach is a tool to supplement your recruiting efforts, not a replacement for professional judgment.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by 4C Recruiting and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service, including recruit information and chat messages.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not use your data for purposes unrelated to the Service without your consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4C Recruiting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4C Recruiting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
